We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied with The Altar, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

The Altar Pass (one-time purchase)

The Altar Pass is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee.

The Altar Plus (monthly subscription)

The Altar Plus monthly subscription is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. You can cancel at any time — after cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and the subscription will not renew. Renewal charges after the initial 14-day window are non-refundable for partial billing periods.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Submit a refund request.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
